  5. 冲孔网麻点:指镀层表面不规则的凹穴孔,其特征是形状、大小、深浅不一。麻点一般是由于基板缺陷或电镀过程中异物粘附造成的缺
  6. 冲孔网毛刺:镀层表面凸起而有刺手感觉的异物,通常其特点是在电镀向上面或高电流密度区较为显着。电镀锌的锌层厚度依靠控制电流密度和带钢速度来控制,即增加电流密度、降低带钢速度可以提高锌层厚度。但是这是有一定的限度的,当带钢速度很低,电流密度又高时,镀层表面会变得毛糙,反而影响镀层质量
  7. 冲孔网针孔:镀层表面的与针尖凿过类似的细孔,其疏密及分布虽不相同,但在放大镜下观察时,一般其大小、形状相似。针孔通常是由电镀过程中氢气泡吸附而产生的缺陷。在电镀反应中,产生大量的气泡,这些气泡如不及时排除,就要滞留在带钢表面和阳极之间,阳极及带钢表面被气体层覆盖而影响导电,造成带钢表面局部镀不上

Punching net burr: a foreign body protruding and pricking on the surface of the plating layer, which is usually characterized by the upward plating or high current density area. The thickness of zinc layer depends on the control of current density and strip speed, that is, increasing the current density and reducing the strip speed can increase the zinc layer thickness. However, there is a certain limit. When the strip speed is very low and the current density is high, the coating surface will become rough, which will affect the coating quality

Pinholes are usually defects caused by hydrogen bubble adsorption during electroplating. In the electroplating reaction, a large number of bubbles will be produced. If these bubbles are not removed in time, they will stay between the strip surface and the anode. The anode and the surface of the strip are covered by the gas layer, which will affect the electrical conductivity, resulting in the local plating on the surface of the strip steel
